How long do I have access?

Forever! Plus whenever we update SimplyFit with new workouts or recipes, we'll send you the new version absolutely free! 

What format is the challenge delivered in? 

The SimplyFit Program will be delivered as a combination of digital PDFs and videos which means you'll be able to access the program across multiple devices and carry it with you wherever you go. The documents are also printer-friendly so if you'd like to print out your weekly plan and put it on your fridge, you can absolutely do that! 

Do I have to start when everyone else starts? 

While we would love for you to join us for the live portion of the program, you don't have to if it doesn't work with your schedule. The benefit of joining us live is that you'll have the support of the entire community (us included!) -- we'll be rooting each other on, sharing photos and so much more. But we did design this program knowing that not everyone would be able to join in live, so no matter when/where you are in life, you can always become SimplyFit!  

What is the private community all about? 

Think of us as your cheerleaders! It's a private group on Facebook that only members of the challenge have access to. It's a place where you can share your progress, ask questions, cheer each other on, and most importantly, it's a judgement-free zone! We're all in this together -- we're here to lift you up, inspire you, motivate you and support you! 

Are the recipes allergy-friendly? 

All of the recipes are designed to be gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and plant-based. There are modifications that can be made based on your dietary needs. The main goal, with all of the recipes and ingredients, is to give your body a break from processed foods that are putting strain on your internal systems and causing you to feel crummy.  

I'm a beginner when it comes to fitness. Do you have to be in great shape to do the workouts? 

No way! We created the bodyweight workouts to scale for various abilities. All moves are safe and super effective, to build lean muscle and torch bodyfat. If you're super advanced, feel free to add extra weights to the workout. And if you're just getting back in the swing of things with your fitness, no worries! We recommend you start with the aim to complete one circuit of our bodyweight workouts and then build up to three circuits as the weeks progress. We love these workouts because you can do them anywhere - with your bodyweight! It's also super fun to see your fitness progress throughout our four weeks training together. Let's rock this!
